Drinks and Snacks
Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks, ensuring your preferences are catered while you enjoy the journey.
Sunscreen
Protect yourself from sunburn by applying sunscreen before and during the boat tour. It's recommended to apply sunscreen at least 15 to 30 minutes before going into the water to allow it to properly absorb into the skin and provide effective protection. This helps reduce the risk of sunscreen washing off into the water, which can potentially harm marine life and the environment.
Hat and sunglasses
Shield your eyes and face from the sun's glare.
Lightweight, comfortable clothing
Dress in layers, as weather conditions on the water can change.
Water bottle
We provide additional water cups onboard, but it's always easier to have a refillable water bottle.
Camera, GoPro or smartphone
Drones and professional cameras are welcome, and we can store them safely, but we do not take any responsibility for damage or loss during the trip.
Waterproof phone case or pouch
Protect your phone from water damage by using a waterproof phone case or pouch. This will allow you to take photos or use your phone safely even in wet conditions.
Motion sickness medication
If you're prone to seasickness, consider taking medication before the tour.
Cash
Bring some money for any additional purchases, such as cocktails, ice cream, or other snacks available at the Blue Lagoon.
Watershoes
The Maltese shores can be rocky and challenging, so we recommend bringing watershoes. Please avoid wearing expensive or closed shoes that can get ruined by saltwater. High heels are also not recommended.
Snorkeling equipment
While we provide goggles and pool noodles during the trip, you're welcome to bring your own equipment and mask. Due to safety and sanitary reasons, we avoid handing out snorkels.
Towel
Bring your own suntowel if possible. Most hotels provide bath and suntowels in case you don’t have one in your luggage. We also have a few towels onboard in case you forgot yours.

Before the boat tour:
Don't forget to check the weather forecast: Avoid booking a tour on days with inclement weather or rough seas.
Avoid overpacking: Bring only essential items to avoid clutter and make moving around the boat easier.
Don't forget to apply sunscreen in advance: Apply sunscreen at least 15 to 30 minutes before boarding to ensure it has time to absorb into your skin properly.
Avoid heavy meals: Opt for light and easily digestible meals before the tour to help prevent seasickness.
During the boat tour:
Don't stand up while the boat is moving: Follow the crew's instructions and remain seated or hold onto designated handrails while the boat is in motion.
Avoid leaning over the railing: To prevent accidents, avoid leaning too far over the boat's railing, especially when taking photos.
Don't litter: Dispose of any trash in designated bins onboard and avoid throwing anything overboard to keep the environment clean.
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption: While it's okay to enjoy a drink, moderation is key to staying safe and aware of your surroundings.
Avoid touching wildlife: It's important not to touch marine life or disturb their habitats for your own safety, as well as to protect the environment and the animals themselves.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable boat tour experience for yourself and others.
